Jie-En Lin of Chinese Taipei and Texas native Kirstin Angosta shared medalist honors with 69s, edging out a crowded leaderboard. Makayla Tyrrell shot a steady 70, while Ava Osborne and Kate Song earned alternate spots with matching scores.
It was a tie at the top in Lima as Lily Bargamian and Keira Yun each posted 71. Leon Takagi of Japan and local standout Mary Kelly Mulcahy rounded out the top performers.
Alona Avery fired the low round of 68 to medal, followed closely by Sabrina Sun at 69. Four players, including Yurang Li and Chloe Kim, finished at 71 in a tightly contested Southern California shootout.
Canada's Kayla Black secured medalist honors with a 70. Lindsay McGrath was close behind at 71, while Nicole Gal and Riviera Lindholm earned alternate status with solid scores.
