The 19th annual invitational will feature some of the top collegiate golfers at Reynolds Lake Oconee
The 19th annual Linger Longer Invitational (LLI), co-hosted by the University of Georgia, Mercer University, and Kennesaw State University, is scheduled for March 15 to March 18 at The Landing, Reynolds Lake Oconee in Eatonton, Ga.
Spectators will be able to watch the best and brightest stars in men’s college golf during three rounds of competition.
The Landing was the first golf course built on Lake Oconee. It features a variety of holes along the lake and others that wind through wooded areas and rolling hills. The true challenge lies in its fast greens and the precision required for demanding shots.
The tournament features individual and team competitions in the 54-hole stroke play on the Bob Cupp-designed layout.

Many Linger Longer Invitational alumni have ascended to the PGA TOUR ranks, including Justin Thomas (Alabama, 2009), Rickie Fowler (Oklahoma State, 2009), Scottie Scheffler (Texas, 2015), and Nick Dunlap (Alabama, 2023). The University of Alabama’s Cory Whitsett was a three-time Linger Longer individual champion (2011-2013).
