WOODLAND, Calif. (Oct. 28, 2007)-- UC Davis sophomore Kelvin Lo pulled off a wire-to-wire victory at the third annual Woodland City Amateur, carding a 11-under-par 133 over two days at the Wild Wings Golf Club.
Steven Chung was his nearest competition, finishing at 9-under 136.
