USGA Sr Amateur Qualifying: Lake Worth, FL

Boesel, Woulfe Gain Spots

Lake Worth, FL (September 6, 2006) - David Boesel, of Orlando, fired a 71 at The Falls Country Club in Lake Worth to lead four golfers who qualified for the 2006 USGA Senior Amateur Championship. The Championship, for those age 55 and older, will be played from Sept. 16-21 at Victoria National Golf Club in Newburgh, Ind. Also qualifying was Rick Woulfe, of Fort Lauderdale, who posted an even par 72. Leroy Cote, from Palm Bay, and Jerry Greenbaum, of Atlanta, Ga., claimed the final qualifying spots shooting a 73.
