THOUSAND OAKS, (Sept. 30, 2007)-- Kevin Loustalot cruised to a seven-stroke victory at the Los Robles Golf Course, site of the Thousand Oaks City Championship.
John Suzow won the A-Flight by a stroke at 133, while Randy Ricks took the B-Flight at 132.
