SAUKVILLE, Wisc. (July 22, 2013) -- When you're hot, you're hot. Jordan Niebrugge can attest to that. Niebrugge, a sophomore at Oklahoma State, fired a 3-under 69 in first-round action at the Wisconsin Amateur just two days after winning the championship match at the U.S. Amateur Public Links. Niebrugge defeated Cal star Michael Kim 1-up in the 36-hole finale and was back at it at The Bog Golf Course. The 69 puts him in a three-way tie for first place along with Rob Retzlaff and Josh Udelhofen.
