PNGA Amateur: Jonson, Higham tied for lead

WALLA WALLA, Wash. (July 11, 2012) -- Carl Jonson and Tanner Higham are both 8-under and lead following the first two rounds of play at the 2012 Pacific Northwest Men's Amateur Championship at Wine Valley Golf Club. Jonson fired a sizzling 9-under 63 to catapult up the leader board following a first-round 63 while Higham was superb for a second straight day, following up his first-round 67 with a 3-under 69 in Wednesday's second round. Dylan Maine is alone in third place at 5-under heading into Round 3.
