EUGENE, Ore. (May 15, 2014) -- The cream sure rose to the top at the NCAA's West Regional on Thursday. Patrick Rodgers, the world's top-ranked player, shot 66 and leads all players. The effort, of course, also put Stanford into the lead. Rodgers' 66 was supported by David Boote's 69. The Cardinal also received solid efforts from Viraar Badhwar (70) and Cameron Wilson (71). Stanford holds a four-shot lead over Oklahoma, which took a pair of 69s from Michael Gellerman and Beau Titsworth. South Carolina is tied for third along with North Florida. The Gamecocks received solid efforts from Will Starke (68), Matthew NeSmith (72) and Ben Dietrich (72). For North Florida, MJ Maguire lead the way. He shot 68.
