Lompoc City Championship: Takamatsu in playoff

LOMPOC, Calif. (April 6, 2008)--Palm Desert's Rui Takamatsu defeated Mindirgasov in the first playoff hole at the Lompoc City Championship, held at La Purisima. The pair finished at 10-over-par 154 after 36 holes of play. There was a three-way tie for third place, with Tim Romero, Ben Hjelm and Ricky Chavez all coming in at 156.
