Bergeron did wobble a bit with a 15th hole bogey but he was able to solidify his title with one last birdie on the 17th. In five tournaments this fall Bergeron has two top-five showings including a tied first finish at the LSU hosted David Toms Intercollegiate. 18-year-old Benjamin Jones of England and S.M. Lee of Dalton State shared second at 12-under while Lipscomb's Dawson Armstrong, Riley Elmes of Loyola Marymount and South Carolina's Scott Stevens shared fourth at 11-under. Armstrong had the round of the day, a 6-under 65 that featured his first-ever hole-in-one in tournament play.
