Crampton, of Pacific Grove, Calif., finished in third place individually, shooting 68-66-73 over the course of 54 holes.
California junior Keelan Kilpatrick of New Zealand tied for sixth and finished second overall on Cal's winning team. He began the tournament with a one-over 72 but followed that with consecutive 69's.
St. Mary's junior Jonathan De Los Reyes had the lowest round of the tournament, a 63, in Monday morning's opening round, but finished 77-69 to finish in a tie for fourth. The Antioch, Calif. native led his Gaels team to a 12th place finish.
After a brutal 36-hole day on Monday, Arizona State led by two over Cal and by three over Oregon State thanks to Sun Devil junior Max Rottluff's opening rounds of 68 and 66.

Collier, a Chico, Calif. native, held the individual lead through the first nine holes of Tuesday's final round by squandered that lead with a triple-bogey six on the back nine while Rottluff used an eagle, a birdie, and a bogey-free final nine holes to overtake Collier for the win.
Collier still finished in second place, shooting 69- 66-71. Rottluff's winning total of 204 was comprised of rounds of 68, 66, and 70.
Coller's Beaver team finished in third place at eight-under, five shots behind Cal and three behind Arizona State. UC Davis was the last of just four teams to finish the 54-hole event under par as the Aggies posted three-under led by sophomore Nicolas Noya. Noya, of South San Francisco, shot 68-68-74 and finished six back of Rottluff in a tie for sixth.
