Burbank City: Stanley's final-round 65 wins it

BURBANK, Calif. (April 15, 2007)-- It was a three-horse race going into the final day of the Burbank City Amateur Championship, though Chad Vivolovo held a comfortable lead over his two nearest competitors after shooting 72-68 and leading Jason Stanley and Ted DiFilippo by five and six strokes. That lead evaporated when Stanley posted a 65 on the final day, finishing with a 210 that edged Vivolvo by a stroke. DiFilippo finished third with a 218. Robert Beher won the first net division with a 154, topping Michael Reddy by one, while Lisa Hurd's 140 was good enough to take the women's net.
