Brandon Vail wins San Luis Obispo County Amateur

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Brandon Vail of Atascadero won a playoff over Cal Poly sophomore Mitch Martin at Chalk Mountain. Allan Hancock College sophomore Evan Lucado took third place. The 36-hole championship was played at two courses — Morro Bay Golf Course on Saturday and Chalk Mountain Golf Club on Sunday.
