WATSONVILLE-- William Moore and Jack Hoenes were the two of only four golfers under par on Day 2 of the Apple City Amateur, both finishing with 36-hole totals of 142.
But it was Moore who prevailed in the playoff, while David Hemrick took the senior division with a 72-75--147, six shots better than the second place finisher, Jim Ono.
