What: The newest addition to amateurgolf.com’s highly successful Tournament Series, The Capitol City Amateur will field entries in three divisions: Scratch (less than 5.5 handicap); Senior Scratch (less than 8.0 handicap) and Net (5.5 to 15.0 handicap)
