Bryant finished 1-over to win by two shots over Drew Pranger and Max Kreikemeier and secure his first title

On a scorching day at Bellerive Country Club, the Final Round of the 34th Metropolitan Amateur Championship unfolded with 41 players vying for the title.

At the top of the leaderboard, past champions Corey Choate, Drew Pranger, and Justin Bryant were tied at one-over par. Kennan Flemming was in fourth at three-over par, while Tom Buffington and Sam Migdal shared fifth at four-over par.

Six players, including Skip Berkmeyer, Chad Niezing, Justin McCoy, Parker Lawrence, Max Kreikemeier, and Brad Carpenter, were at five-over par.

Max Kreikemeier delivered the best round of the day, finishing at two-under par with a bogey-free front nine and an even back nine. This performance moved him to three-over par for the championship, just off the lead.

Jason Landry and Bryan Bohme both shot one-under par, with Landry finishing tied for fifth at six-over par and Bohme ending tied for eleventh at eight-over par.

Chad Niezing, who played after Kreikemeier, finished even par for the day, ending at five-over par for the tournament and securing solo fourth place. Skip Berkmeyer ended tied for fifth at six-over par.

In the final pairing, Justin Bryant managed a steady round with one birdie, one bogey, and seven pars, finishing even par for the day and ending at one-over par for the championship.

Drew Pranger and Corey Choate both struggled. Choate finished at six-over par, tied for fifth. Pranger, aiming for a win, fell short and finished with a second consecutive round of two-over par, ending at three-over par and tying for second with Kreikemeier.

Pranger's final attempt to force a playoff from the greenside bunker failed, securing Bryant's victory.
