Since 2000, a select few have driven up Rancho San Carlos Road and experienced the beauty that is The Preserve Golf Club, set amidst mature oak and scenic vistas in the Santa Lucia Preserve. They compete for the Stocker Cup, erected 30 years ago to honor the legacy of the late Peter Stocker.
This year, Michael Jensen became the the fourth player to defend his title, all while posting the lowest 54-hole total since the tournament changed from a 72-hole event.
Scroll through the best photos from this west coast mid-amateur invitational, which featured 48 "A" players competing for The Stocker Cup and an additional 48 talented "B" players paired off for Gross and Net team crowns.
