AMATEURGOLF.COM - Mission

- amateurgolf.com Photo

AmateurGolf.com devotes our entire website to the 99.7% of golfers who aren't pros. Our content is geared toward players who are serious about taking their game to a competitive level, whether that means winning the 4th flight of the Club Championship, or qualifying for the US Amateur. At its core, the site provides the world's most comprehensive golf tournament database, and we provide tournaments large and small with a highly effective way to publicize and promote their events.

Tune in to AmateurGolf.com on any given day, on any device, and you'll be connected to the pulse of the competitive amateur game. In addition to hosting the number one website for competitive golf, AmateurGolf.com provides major amateur tournaments like the Stocker Cup, Southwestern Golf Association, Sacramento Golf Council, Carlton Woods Invitational, and the Dixie Amateur and San Francisco City Championship with website, registration, and media services. We also provide amateur rankings for most levels of competition: our men's, women's, senior, and state-by-state lists help you see how you and your friends stack up.

THE AMATEURGOLF.COM TOUR

Launched in 2001, the amateurgolf.com Tour has grown to include 15 regional events throughout California, plus several travel events. Running our own tournaments allows us to provide the avid tournament golfer with more of what they love- competitive golf - while helping those people who are newer to tournament play get more involved in it. (All events have a division for players with 18 handicap or less.) Promoting tournaments also allows us to bring our primary website sponsors into direct contact with these golfers in order to build awareness about their products and services.
