Mansfield, TX (May 1, 2011) -- The final Medalist North event of the year was contested at Mansfield National Golf Club.
A drastic drop in temperature and damp conditions on day two couldn’t stop Ted Waldrip from winning his second consecutive Medalist North event.
Waldrip fired rounds of 71-74 for a narrow one shot victory over Aaron Hickman. Waldrip also took home Medalist North Player of the Year honors.
Clarke Kincaid claimed an exemption into the 2011 State Mid-Amateur Championship as the highest ranked player on the Medalist points list not already exempt. Follow the link for complete results.
