SARATOGA SPRINGS, Utah (May 14, 2014) -- Top-seed Kirk Siddens toppled two opponents to roll into the quarterfinals at the 2014 Utah Golf Association Senior Match Play Championship.
Siddens knocked off Kent Gressman (4-and-3) and defeated No. 16 Kurt Jamison , 2-and-1. He'll take on Rob Bachman in Thursday's quarterfinal round.
No. 2 seed Dana Nelson also remains. He beat Dave Dorton, 4-and-3, and knocked off Bryan Bagley in 20 holes to advance to the quarterfinals where he'll take on Mike Holm, the No. 7 seed.
The No. 3 seed, Todd Barker also remains alive. He beat Rick Groendyke 2-and-1 before knocking off Mark Gressman, 3-and-2. He'll take on No. 6 Patrick Murphy on Thursday.
No. 4 Craig Wilson is also moving on and will face No. 12 Bill Probst. Wilson defeated Mike Jones, 4-and-3, before beating Dan Hatch, 4-and-3.
