PALM CITY, FL (February 12, 2017) -- At the International Four-Ball things are far from being decided.
On Sunday The Fox Club hosted round number two and with one round still remaining two teams share the lead, another is a shot back and overall seven teams are within five shots of the lead.
The lead teams thus far are comprised of Mike McCoy and Gene Elliot; Rob Couture and Andy McCabe and both duos sit at 8 under following identical rounds of 70-64. Sitting in a close second place is the duo of Tim Hanlon and Scott Butler at 7 under while first round leaders Chris Kelos and Paul Patterson are still very much in the mix at 6 under and in fourth place.
In the Senior Division the leaderboard is nearly just as tight. Keith Decker and Matt Sughrue are 11 under and leading the way but just by two shots.
A pair of teams --Pat Tallent and Rick Woulfe; Doug Hanzel and Buzz Fly-- are right behind them at 9 under in a tie for second. Just two-strokes further back is the duo of Marty Rifkin and Pete Williams.
On Sunday the Legends Division wrapped up as Ron Waeghe and Tom Blank took home the title. During the final round Waeghe and Blank were able to overcome a four-stroke deficit thanks to a 6-under 65 final day that saw them finish 6 under and ahead of first round leaders Van Lefferdink and Lenny Loyd by four shots.
Mark Mulvoy and Steve McKeever ended up 2 under in third place.
