VISALIA, Calif. (March 25, 2013) -- Matt Lee fired a second-round 70 to come from behind and win the 2013 Tulare County Amateur at Valley Oaks Golf Course.
The Cal State East Bay golfer was four shots back entering the final round after a first-round 73 but was able to make up the distance with a solid Sunday.
Cody Hall shot 69 on Saturday to take the first-round lead but struggled with an 80 on Sunday.
Jimmy Hill placed second after rounds of 73-71 while Tal Tartaglia (71-74) took fourth.
Amateurgolf.com member and Player Staff representative and 2011 winner Jeremy Moreno finished tied for sixth place.
