Snyder, of Westlake Village, Calif. fires 73-72 and defeats Ryan Roodzant (75-70) in a playoff

After a week of much-needed rain prior to the tournament, the course played longer than normal, although the weekend provided a break from the downpours that came in four or five waves during the week.

Tim Snyder posted consistent rounds of 73-72 for a 3-over tournament total of 145. He was caught by Ryan Roodzant of Bakersfield, who posted 1- under 70 in the final round.

Snyder prevailed in the playoff. Mitchell Martin (San Luis Obispo), Landon Polterock (Fresno), and Cole Nygren (Longmont, Colorado) took 3rd, 4th, and 5th places respectively at 147, 148, and 149.
