LOMPOC, Calif. (Oct. 20, 2013) -- Johnny Ruiz fired rounds of 72-74 to win by three shots at the 2013 Santa Barbara County Championship at La Purisima Golf Course.
Ruiz beat Sidney Wols, who finished alone in second place.
Dale Smith shot a final-round 70, the only round of the event that fell under par, to creep into third place despite a first-round 80.
