Despite an 80 in the second round, Sam Till, Jr. bookended two rounds of 73 to repeat as Golfweek Senior Tour champion

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (Dec. 5, 2014) — Sam Till, Jr. defended his title at PGA National on Friday, claiming the Golfweek Senior Tour Championship for the second consecutive year. Trailing by one entering the final round, having shot 73-80, Till fired another 73 on Friday and overtook second-round leader Stephen Fox by a stroke to win by one. Fox, who had shot back-to-back rounds of 76, posted 75 in Friday's final round. Tying for third place were John Lepping and Jody Vasquez at 16-over par 232, five back of third place. John Blank posted a final-round 73 to win the Super Senior division, while Ray Darmstadt edged Walt Martin by a stroke to win the 70-and-over division.
