LAVEEN VILLAGE, AZ (April 16, 2016)--After two round scores of 68-65 Sam Engel holds a 3-stroke lead at the Arizona Publinks Championship with a score of 9-under. Through two days of competition Engel has 13 birdies, an eagle, just four bogeys and a double-bogey. His second round 65 was tied for the round of the day.
Sean O'Donnell (-6) matched Engels second round 65 and holds second place alone. O'Donnell shot an even-par 71 in the first round before exploding with eight birdies and on Saturday. O'Donnell did give two-strokes back with two second round bogeys.
Eric Ghim and Trey Martin are tied for third at 5-under while Logan Gardner is 4-under and in fifth.
