GLEN HEAD, NY (July 7, 2011) -- Former Champion Joe Saladino of Huntington CC and medalist Clancy Waugh of Deepdale GC each won two matches on Thursday, July 7th at the Tam O’Shanter Club in Brookville, NY to advance to the finals of the 2011 Long Island Amateur Championship.
The final 36 hole match will be played on Friday, starting at 7:30 am. Spectators are welcome.
