Ryan Sloane Poised to Win Third Straight State Fair Masters

Ryan Sloane sits at 11-under after two rounds will work with a five shot lead heading into the final round

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (September 4, 2016) -- San Jose's Ryan Sloane has taken control of the California State Fair Master's Division with a 36-hole total of 11-under 138. The two-time defending champion is trailed by a trio of players at 6-under including last year's runner-up Chris Johnson, Folsom's Jeff Johnson, and former U.S. Amateur runner-up Robert Hamilton. A cut was made at 153 and the final round will begin at 9:06 local time at Bing Maloney Golf Course.
