EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (June 5, 2013) -- The team of Tom Acciardo (Agawam Hunt Club) and Dr. George Pirie (Valley Country Club) captured their second Rhode Island Golf Association Ed Perry Senior Four-Ball Championship, shooting 68-67-135, 5-under par at Metacomet Country Club.
They birdied the 16th hole to take lead and made par on 17 and 18 to secure the victory.
Paul Quigley and Mike Soucy shot 4 under par 66 in the second round to make a run but fell short by one stroke to finish second.
