REHOBOTH, MA (June 30, 2013) — For the second time in his career, Rob Grossguth is the Rhode Island Public Links champion.
Shooting 70-69, he won the title by three shots over Dave McNally and five strokes over third place man Jamie Lukowicz, who was the defending champion.
