PHOENIX, AZ (April 11, 2016)--After a grueling six hole playoff Sean O'Donnell emerged victorious at the Phoenix City Amateur. At the end of regulation O'Donnell was tied with Tim McKenney with a three day total of 211.
O'Donnell shot a final round 73 at the Grand Canyon University Course to overcome a four-stroke deficit at the start of the day. After shooting 69-65 in the first two rounds McKenney came back to the pack during the final round with a 77 allowing O'Donnell to work his way into the playoff.
