PASADENA, Calif. (May 14, 2011) -- Dan Sullivan fired a 4-under 72 to catapult into the third-round lead at the 2011 Pasadena City Championship at the C.W. Koiner Course at Brookside Country Club.
Sullivan's round was the low mark for the third hole and kept him in contention following a second-round 66.
Sullivan is two shots ahead of second-round leader Jake Sarnoff, who struggled to a 76 in Saturday's third round. Sarnoff's 65 in Round 2 put him atop the leaderboard heading into today's round.
Patrick Carrigan and Shane Rutherford are tied for third with matching three-round totals of 215s.
The fourth and final round will be played Sunday.
