WESTHAMPTON, N.Y. (June 12, 2014) -- Joe Saladino topped Darin Goldstein to win the 2014 Long Island Amateur at Westhampton Country Club on Thursday.
Saladino, one of the region's top amateurs, rallied from an early 3-down deficit to win easily in the afternoon 18.
Saladino made it all square on the 23rd hole before winning three more in the next five holes. He closed the match up 3 and 2.
