SANDWICH, England (June 25, 2014) -- Israel's Laetitia Beck carded rounds of 71-70 to take medalist honors at the Ladies British Open Amateur Championship at The Royal St. Georges Golf Club.
Beck's 7-under total was two shots better than Leslie Cloots and Luna Sobron, who tied for second place.
Bronte Law was the top English finisher in the stroke-play qualifying portion of the event, which moves to match play on Thursday.
Defending champion Georgia Hall shot 78-84 and missed the match-play cut.
