IRVINE, Calif. (July 21, 2013) -- Gregory Garcia fired rounds of 69-68--137 and won by a shot at the 2013 Irvine City Championship held at Strawberry Farms Golf Club.
Garcia bested by one shot Pete Fernandez, who led a trio of players that opened play with impressive 68s. His 70 on Sunday held off charges from Daniel Dimaculangen and Lawrence Tu, who finished third and fourth, respectively, but couldn't withstand the impressive day-best 68 carded by Garcia.
Drew Miller was alone in fifth, finishing three back of Fernandez.
