Hagen Fell went wire-to-wire to claim the Phoenix City Amateur over the weekend

PHOENIX, AZ (April 10, 2017) - Hagen Fell went wire-to-wire to claim the Phoenix City Amateur over the weekend. Fell closed with a 71 at Papago Golf Course and with a 54-hole 211 total he was able to win by two-strokes over 36-hole co-leader Noah Robinson (71-69-73--213). Fell was tied for the lead following a first round 70 at the Grand Canyon University Golf Course and tied again after a second consecutive 70 at Aguila Golf Course on Saturday. 2015 champion Adam Walicki (71-71-72--214) was third while Rusty Brown (72-74-72--218) and Rick Bojalad (74-71-73--218 ) shared fourth.
