FRESNO, Calif. (June 25, 2012) -- Daniel Butcher battled Sergio Rios in a playoff to win the 2012 Fresno County Amateur title in the Championship Flight.
Butcher made birdie on the first playoff hole to knock off Rios. Nate Jessup also made the playoff but was unable to compete after leaving the course.
There was also a playoff to settle the Women's flight as Hannah Sodersten joined her father on the list of Fresno County winners by knocking off Holly Bare on the second playoff hole.
Byron Johnson was victorious in the Senior Flight.
