VERO BEACH, Fla. (May 4, 2013) -- Joe Alfieri II fired a second-round 71 and leads by three shots at the 2013 Florida Mid-Amateur Stroke Play Championship.
Alfieri leads by three over Thad Hudgens, who remained in contention with a second-round 69.
Howard Logan, Ryder Frerichs, Greg Eckels and Brian Kennedy are all tied for third place, sitting four back of Alfieri.
Final round action continues from Vero Beach Country Club on Sunday.
