Yang, of Norcross posted a 5-under-par 67 to earn medalist honors and top seed

CARROLLTON, Ga. --- Elisa Yang of Norcross posted a 5-under-par 67 to earn medalist honors and the top seed in the bracket at the Georgia Women's Match Play Championship. The 19th playing of this competition is being played at Sunset Hills Country Club, June 1-4. Yang will face Solene Le Coz of Atlanta in the round of 32 on Thursday at 8:30 a.m. After a round of 18 holes of stroke play qualifying to determine seeds, the low 32 players advance to match play in the Championship division. Remaining players compete in the Tournament division, including the division's one-seed Taylor Sarratt of Statesboro.
