Colin Hamilton wins AJGA Senior Boys Championship

Southlake, Texas senior shoots 71-70 to win an AJGA championship specialized for unsigned graduating seniors

HENDERSON, Nev. (Dec. 7, 2014) — At The Revere Golf Club in Henderson, Nev., a unique group of graduating seniors met at the final AJGA tournament of the calendar year. Colin Hamilton of Southlake, Texas prevailed as the top currently unsigned high school golfer, shooting 71-70 to win the event in a playoff over Henderson's own Andrew Chu. Chu fired 68 in the final round but lost to Hamilton in the playoff. Tying for third place were Matthew Mourin of Westin, Fla. (71-72) and C.J. Coleman of Manhattan Beach, Calif. (73-70).
