CHARLESTON, S.C. (May 17, 2013) -- Jarrett Swan fired a first-round 67 and leads all players at the 2013 Charleston City Amateur Championship at Charleston Municipal.
Swan is one shot up on Matthew Laydon (68) and two ahead of Scott Davis, who fired a 69. Tadd Brown is alone in fourth place after an opening-round 70.
Consisting of 180-plus golfers, the Charleston City Amateur is one of the nation's most competitive city championships.
