KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (Sept. 9, 2014) — The top of the leaderboard is packed with solid scores at the Pacific Northwest Mid-Amateur after day one, but two players are out in front of the field by a slim margin. Bjorn Bjorke of Port Orchard, Wa. and Tyler Daniels of Walla Walla, Wa. both shot three-under 69 on Tuesday and lead the event by one. Four players are tied for third place at 70 and overall, 19 players are within five shots of the lead.
