NOVATO, Calif. (Jan. 27, 2013) -- Ben Geyer fired a second-round 75 and edged St. Mary's teammate Dalan Refioglu by a shot to win the 2013 Wine Country Club under cold and wet conditions at StoneTree Golf Club.
Geyer led after Round 1 and hung on for the victory in the Championship Division.
Tim Beranek was tied for third with Mac Marr, another member of the St. Mary's golf team, after a final-round even par 72.
Ron Johnson shot a final-round 76 and made up space to win the Senior Championship. He was six shots better than Earl Stewart.
Longtime amateurgolf.com Tournament Series regular and StoneTree member Chris Ladd was victorious in the Net Division, firing a final-round 70 to beat Tony Lazaro by four shots.
