MARICOPA, Ariz. (Aug. 26, 2012) -- Andy Aduddell remained perhaps the hottest amateur golfer in Arizona, taking the 2012 Mid-Amateur title by four shots at Southern Dunes Golf Club.
The Mid-Am victory, of course, comes on the heels of his thrilling win at the state amateur championship.
Aduddell fired a third-round 68 to clinch the title but his first-round put him in great position to win.
Adam Walicki was third following rounds of 69-68-71--208 while Cameron Howell (69-68-72--209) and Jeremy Defalco (71-67-71--209) tied for third place.
