The former Oklahoma standout earned his first Korn Ferry Tour win at the Astara Chile Classic
Former Oklahoma standout Logan McAllister recorded his first professional win, finishing 19-under in the Astara Chile Classic at Prince of Wales Country Club in Santiago, Chile.
He carded rounds of 68-70-63-64 to get to 19-under and recorded eight birdies to one bogey in the final round, 7-under 64.
This was McAllister's 60th career start on Tour. His previous career-high finish on Tour was runner-up at the 2023 LECOM Suncoast Classic, where he lost a sudden-death playoff to Scott Gutschewski.
According to the PGA Tour, the win moved McAllister from No. 113 to No. 6 on the season-long Korn Ferry Tour Points List. The top 20 on the season-long standings, finalized after the Korn Ferry Tour Championship presented by United Leasing & Finance in mid-October, will earn a 2026 PGA TOUR membership.
McAllister, a native of Oklahoma City, first earned Korn Ferry Tour membership after finishing No. 3 on the 2022 PGA TOUR University Ranking after his senior season.
He finished No. 44 on the 2023 Korn Ferry Tour Points List in his first full year as a pro, and then the next year finished with just one top-10 finish and lost full status at No. 92 on the Points List.
He began the 2025 season with conditional status, but with his win, he now earns full Korn Ferry Tour status through 2026.
McAllister’s former college teammates at Oklahoma include Chris Gotterup and Quade Cummins. He won four times at Oklahoma and was a two-time All-American.
