Members get complete historical leaderboards for every year of The 17th Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Tour Invitational on record — scores, positions, and hometowns going back decades.
The PKBGT Invitational is the premier championship of the Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour (PKBGT), annually bringing together the tour’s top performers for one of junior golf’s most exclusive events. Hosted at the Country Club of Landfall’s Pete Dye Course in Wilmington, North Carolina, the 54-hole, invitation-only tournament features a field of the nation’s best female juniors competing for national recognition and major ranking points. Invitations are earned through top finishes on the PKBGT Order of Merit, Performance Index, and Championship events, as well as select qualifying tournaments and at-large selections.
The Invitational is recognized across multiple ranking systems, including the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR), Junior Golf Scoreboard, and AJGA Performance Based Entry, with the champion receiving 12 AJGA stars and additional performance-based invitations to upcoming PKBGT and LPGA/USGA events. Beyond competition, the week features player experiences such as the Inspire.Dream.Achieve. Banquet and recruiting opportunities through RecruitPKB College Consulting, making it both a competitive and developmental highlight of the PKBGT season.
The Peggy Kirk Bell Girls Golf Tour (PKBGT), an initiative of the non-profit Girls Golf of America, is the nation’s only LPGA Foundation Approved girls-only tour. Dedicated to growing participation and opportunity in junior girls golf, the PKBGT provides a structured Progression Pathway that allows players to develop at their own pace through yardage-based divisions rather than age-based groupings. The tour hosts more than 110 events annually across national and regional circuits, offering affordable, high-quality competition for girls ages 9–19. With over 1,400 alumnae advancing to collegiate programs and many competing on the LPGA and Epson Tours, the PKBGT continues to set the standard for player development, exposure, and community in junior girls golf.
