BUENOS AIRES, Argentina (Nov. 14, 2012) -- The Australian team of Geoff Drakeford and Jordan Zunic have stormed home to win the Juan Carlos Tailhade Cup by eight strokes in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Drakeford (Commonwealth) continued his good form posting a 6-under par 66 to add to his earlier 71-69. It was also enough for Drakeford to win by five strokes on the individual leaderboard.

Zunic finished with a 3-under par 69 to give Australia an eight stroke victory.

Coach Jamie Clutterham said "Winners are grinners! We're getting ready for the Argentine Amateur now, practice round tomorrow and qualifying rounds are on Tuesday and Wednesday. Go Aussie!"

The Australians' team total of 423 saw them eight strokes ahead of New Zealand in second and ten ahead of Ireland in third place.
