Palm Beach Parent-Child: Cullen, Dana deWindt take honors
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (Oct. 24, 2011) -- Cullen & Dana de Windt shot a 11 under par 61 (scramble format) to win The Honda Classic Parent Child Championship at Bear Lakes CC.
Playing the Lakes Course the de Windt's birdied 5 of their first 7 holes and 11 birdies in total for a 3 shot victory over the team of Joseph & John Latowski at 64.
Tied for third with 65's were Liam & Fred Fine and Kristian & Ricky Fortis. Defending champions Jason & Wayne Dollard finished 5th with a 66.
The Fortis's won low net honors with a 60 and also were low gross in the 12 & under division. Tyler & Carl Mistretta were low net in the 12 & under division.
