He will face Howie Knodt, who won the event in 2009, at 7:30 a.m at Sandpiper GC in Goleta, CA.
Larsen, from Oceanside, CA., defeated Greg Hetzer of San Pedro 6 and 5 in his semifinal match, which was a repeat of last year's finals.
