Rogers wins Press Thornton Future Masters
DOTHAN, ALA. (July 2, 2011) -- 18 year old Mason Rogers from Boaz, AL is the 61st Annual Press Thornton Future Masters Champion. Mason battled windy conditions and a tough course set-up not to mention a stiff competition of 224 players to win the coveted blue blazer and trophy.
Brandon Thornberry from Branch, MS won the 13-14 division with a score of 70-68-69--207.
Wilson Furr from Jackson, MS wonthe 11-12 division with scores of 69-72-66--207
Thomas Ponder from Dothan, Ala. won the 10 and under division with score of 72
